Wig Wag Operator

Job Description

A Wig Wag Operator's primary duties include, but not limited to, measuring, taking samples, knowing the difference of the compounds of rubber, multi pass and final compound, watching for quality and drop temps, and all tagging procedures. Essential Functions

- Responsible for proper number of batches on skid, and identification of number of batches on skid.  
- Proper identification and separation of defective batches.
- Attends by leading stock on conveyor to wigwag or cutter as required.
- Use of computer technology as required to support our quality and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

- High School diploma and/or general education (GED); and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that performs the essential functions of this position.
- Computer technology experience, a plus.
